Can the printing be in any language?
Yes we can print your text matter in any language, if provided in word document well typed. You just have to send us the word document file.
Which languages can the cards be?
Hindi, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, Arabic, Tamil, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Dutch, etc.
What is our printing process?
We print using Screen printing method.
Can the cards be shipped to more than one locations?
Yes we can arrange for multi-city shipment at extra costs.
How to order for samples?
Though we donot have wedding card sample ordering facility online. You can email us to check for the samples.
What is the minimum ordering quantity?
Its 100pc as a minimum ordering quantity. And further in multiples of 50 only.
What is printing time?
We need 15 days to print and dispatch the cards after the proofs are confirmed by you.
Can the ordering quantity be increased after the order is made?
We can only increase the ordering quantity only if the printing of the card has not begun. If required more cards after the order is delivered, you will have to re-order for a minimum of 100pc.
Is indianweddingcards.in website secure?
Yes we donot store any credit card details or any other banking details in our system. On the checkout you are transferred to our payment service provider, who is very secure and India’s top payment gateway service provider – CCAvenues, which provide all securities like SSL certificates and encryptions to safeguard the transaction process.
Do we deliver worldwide?
Yes by using world’s top shipping companies like DHL / FedEx we are able to courier the cards to any part of the world.
How to track the order once shipped?
You will be getting the tracking code from the shipping company on your email, through which you can keep a track of the shipment.
How to send the content for the order?
After placing the order and making the payment successfully, send us the text matter in document file to begin with the proofing process. Our design team will work to create the proofs and send it to you for your approval. To save the time, kindly go through your text matter thoroughly before sending it to us, so that there’s no bank and forth corrections and order can be quickly processed.
Digital proofs look different from the actual card?
Yes, the digital proofs are only for the checking of the text matter and the layout. All the basic design of the card to remain the same as shown online.
Which will be inserts and the printing colour?
Our design team is very experienced and will suggest the best possible option to you at the time of proofing. We always suggest to stick to what they say to get the best results, as we have knowledge in actual printing process, colours, fonts and sizes.
What are additional taxes?
Expect United States, many countries impose import duties/VAT on printed cards. This amount is billed by the shipping courier companies to the consignees directly and they will collect and deposit the taxes in your country. As these matters are beyond our control, we do not collect the taxes at the time of order. In some states in India, there are Octroi / other taxes, which too is billed later before delivering the shipment.
Can the cards be purchased without printing?
Yes you can ask for no printing at the time of placing the order. As our printing is FREE, there will not be any reduction in the prices.
Do we take Rush orders?
All our orders are our priority, so we do not entertain the rush order requests. In case if it is really very urgent, you can always email to check and confirm about the possibility of doing any rush orders.
What are the Payment Options?
For international buyers, we prefer all the payments to be made via CREDIT CARD only. We donot accept Debit Cards. For Indian Customers, we have variety of payment options, like Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, etc. A small transaction fees applies at the time of checkout.
Why the payable amount is in Indian Rupees (INR)?
At the time of checkout, the amount will in Indian National Rupees only. When you proceed to pay this amount by your credit card, the amount will be billed in your local currency only at the prevailing exchange rates by your credit card issuing banks.
